I have been trying to get this to work for the last 30 mins, but all i have been getting is the Hard News video. The same thing happened yesterday when i tried to watch the M$ Press Event.

This is why the underpowered TOY that is the Wii is outselling XBox and Playstation. Nintendo hasn't forgotten that video games are supposed to be fun. That's their ace.
How can you call this a press conference the only 2 good things were gta ds and the motion plus thingy but nothing for the hardcore gamer.... this is going to be a nintendo family year. (this could also be in the top 10 OMG WTF moments..)

overall I was kinda disappointed with Nintendo. It seemed to be all about "yep, we're doing awesome, and we'll continue to do awesome."
I was hoping for a lot more hardcore games to be announced. Call of Duty should be pretty cool, GTA was surprising to say the least (Hookers on your DS!!) and although it seems like another money-grubbing scheme, the Motion plus thingy seems pretty cool. That sword fighting game on Wii Sports Resort was quite impressinve, I can only hope for a decent first person Star Wars game.

The only core titles revealed were Animal Crossing: City Folk and Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. Not getting the Pokemon one, but the Animal Crossing one looks cool. I'm excited for Wii Sports Resort. I was very surpirsed at grand theft auto: Chinatown Wars and SPORE creatures for the DS.
Overall, I thought the conference was disappointing.

Nintendos E3 press conference. I thought this was supposed to be were Nintendo gets back to the hardcore gamers, that this was supposed to be the day were everyone once again regains faith in Nintendo as an unstoppable video game making machine. But that's not what we got... Just casual games. That's it. My hopes were so high. I mean, last year and the year before I crapped my pants with all the awesomeness coming from their event. But this year, not a single hardcore game. How? How could this happen?
By the end of the conference I was literally shocked. So, those are my thoughts. I think Ill just pack up my Wii now.
i'd just like to say thank you screwattack for this epic moment... not only did u overcome last nights technical difficulties but i was blown away that i was watching something awesome in the us (on the internet) in my north west australian bedroom completely live. i'd like to also point out that it is approximately 1:25 am in the morning where i am right now and im so pumped to watch the sony conference in the same way. Thank you Thank you Thank you, it kinda felt like i was apart of it :P

Yes, I know a lot of you are already bashing the news that came out. But I completely disagree.
I thought this was an awesome conference, we received news of a lot of different games and also learned a lot about the fiscal news coming from Nintendo... and it was great news.
In addition to them doing so well, they are completely realizing how many different types of markets they can reach.
A lot of people may go, BUT IM HARDCORE! To that, I say, "You should be jumping up and down for joy", why? Because with Nintendo doing well, more hardcore games will become available in the future. Yes, they may not be there right now, but with more money comes more technology, and with that comes new hardware, software, innovation, and fun.

They looked like a bunch of retards playing Wii music. I pissed myself laughing.That was the worst mario theme I ever heard. And the mic... so now they can hear whats going on in my house when playing Animal crossing. Man, let down is not even the word to describe how I feel right now.
Where is the Starfox? Fzero?? Earthbound??? I died alil inside for watching this. Oh well I guess Smash bros, and Mario Kart for the rest of the year. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
