We loved Call of Duty 4. We all knew another sequel would be coming but some of us **cough cough... Jose** weren't very excited because they had such a boner for the "modern" theme. I was lucky enough to be invited to check out World at War early to find out what the just made this game different... and dare I say better... than CoD4. What do you think about it?

Amazing. I have been wondering for years why they havent allowed A.I oppenents in most multiplayers (namely first person shooters) to round out the ranks. Now they bring attack dogs in controlled by the A.I. Pure genious. That brings in a whole new level of war realism...I love it.
I hope this game kicks the shit, because it looks like my kinda game.

First of all, it's WW2, so helicopters everywhere would be a little unrealistic. Second, it's a pack of dogs, and it'll be very hard to kill all of them before they get you unless your team works together to wipe em out. This is similar to real WW2 experiences.
I think this game is gonna be waaaaay better than everybody's saying it will be.

This game has still not peaked my interest like CoD4 did. It looks like another average WWII FPS. Just a few new weapons and ideas from CoD4. I will get it when I see it on sale, because it just doesnt seem to work for me.
If I were them for the kill streaks, i would make 3 the dogs, 5 the radar, and 7 the artillery strikes because I think the dogs might be a little useless, or at least change the dogs to something else useful.

Useless? I doubt that... there's a bunch of the at once, and they all sniff out and attack the nearest enemy at once. Similar to the helicopter, but less cheap because it will be easier to shoot them down. The problem will be killing all of them in time as they're charging toward you. That'd be tough unless you have some help. It's definitely gonna change up some strategies. Also, when they're doen tearing the meat from player 2, they'll go for player 3, 4, and so on...

i mean the helecopter was cool but i thought it was cheep and there was no way to hide from it. its a helicopteer you should be able to hide from one. but the dogs i thought was a great idea cause that is what they accually did in WWII.
