I feel sorry for those potentially losing their jobs, but perhaps the decrease in studios will mean ea will think harder about their projects in the future. they did a good job with mirrors edge an dead space. however i feel need for speed has run its course and perhaps all the effort put into them could be placed on other new franchises that push the boundaries of gaming...the market is already saturated with average or shitty games, but those gems that shine, shine bright, less studios should mean more concentrated effort on titles, which should mean better games.

what's wrong with Canada? it's not the location of the company that makes a good game, it's the company itself. The reason why there aren't any good games from Canada is because all the developers go to the US. and besides....we have beer and waffles.

Oh come-on!!, that game sucks, I have it, played it for an hour and I was like "really?" "that’s it?" running around for 30 mins then having one fight!, and you’re not going to lose if you have the mace and just keep hitting hard attack, takes two hits max for reg baddys, and for the boss, maybe 6 hits, did José even played the game? The game play is about two gens behind, invisible. walls everywhere, retarded ai in fights, and on top of that when they talk it's like they have regamortis.....ohwell.....[ sorry just had to rant because I wasted my money on that game and I’m still tweaked that it was pick of the week......
It would suck for the workers to be sent anywhere doesnt matter if its Canada or New York or something, if your forced to move away from a place you have made your home to keep your job it always sucks. Plus Canada isnt so bad you can drink in all nude strip clubs so at least they can drown there sorrows. lol
This is true, our all nude strip clubs kick ass. I remember back in the day when 21 came around and I celebrated by getting completely wasted at one; I never threw up so much in my life.
Further, make sure that if you ever do visit one of our notorious clubs to bring either a roll of loonies or twonies as when the girls dances are done and they do their little pose game you can aim at them for additional prizes! So long as you hit one of the multiple "targets" of course; so remember, it's either the backhand or the standing index/thumb grip, straight toss FTW!
On a last note I just want to say that living in Canada kicks ass. I'm currently located in Alberta in a city called "St.Albert"; just north of Edmonton. With that in mind I can say with assurance that it's fucking cold here right now. We're in a cold snap and it's hitting around -30/-40 degrees celsius with windchill. Smoking pot outside has never been so challenging; oh yeah, that's another reason why Canada is so awesome. Thanks Marc Emery! Marijuana will one day hopefully be legalized or at the very least decriminalized so long as the DEA gets the fuck out. Seriously USA, get your agents the fuck out of our country.

Great Hard News, but they were better episodes. I didn't get the Canada joke. What Americans do have against Canadians? What? Sorry Destin, but this strange joke overshadowed this episode.
