1990 Nintendo World Championships Cartridge - Reproduction Available

The Newly Released RetroUSB reproduction of the 1990 Nintendo World Championships cartridge has just been made available. G1s, this thing is damn fun and it's PERFECT. Playing this old contest again like when I was 10 years old is more fun now than what I remember from way back in '90. It truly was a great test of NES skill. And a great party game!

This reproduction NES cartridge is an amazing creation, brand new, transparent blue, and it even has the dip switches and collectible box, poster, and packaging!

Watch this promo, pull out your wallets, and buy this thing. It's truly special.

Below the promo ad is the Retroware TV review for Retronews Today

Chrono Trigger - Part 3 - Video Review

G1s! Here is the final part of the three-part retrospective on Chrono Trigger for the SNES. In this final part, we take a look at the game play features of this Square Soft classic. Check out RetrowareTV.com or our YouTube channel for more videos!

History of the PC Engine & The Arcade Card

Hey G1s! So I accidentally deleted this post from yesterday so I'm putting it up again. Have you ever played the Turbo Grafx 16? Yeah I know, it wasn't too popular around here, but in Japan, the PC Engine was not only bigger than the Japanese Genesis (the Mega Drive) but it was also more popular than the Nintendo Famicom. Like Jesse and the Rippers, the Turbo Grafx was huge in Japan! It even lasted until 1995 as the Playstation was coming out -- And in an attempt to make it last into the 32-bit era, NEC released one final and very rare thing: The Arcade Card - It can make the Turbo Grafx the most powerful 8-Bit system ever!
Check this out!

How Do You Say That? Did I Pronounce That Correctly?

I want more G1s to check out the review below for more than one reason... If you liked Chrono Trigger, you may like this full history look at the game and the collectability, but I also want to take a survey on whether I pronounced some of the names the way you pronounced them -- for example "Magus" among others!

How do you say that? I know we each have our own ways of saying names and titles over the years of gaming, but I wanted to open the conversation see what the G1s recall as "I don't quite know how to say that." I know there are issues when pronouncing "Ninja Gaiden" and other Japanes-centric titles as well - what are some of yours? What other names and gaming words have been mispronounced (or had multiple pronunciations) over the years?
