So, it's Friday, August 22, 2008. Which means in three days, it'll be Monday, and with that comes school. Yeah, it's kind of a 'meh' and 'yay' moment, cause... well... it' school, but many people consider college to be one of the best times of their lives, so... should be awesome.

Anyway, for the first time ever I started coming in full time during the summer, and I was looking back at all the awesomeness we had. So I felt like posting my favorite moments just.... because. This summer is when we all really started growing into what we will become.

Okay, I've been watching the Olympics, and for the most part thoroughly enjoying them as usual. I think the Olympics is one of the coolest events ever and I really do think they're worth watching, not just for the sports and athletes, but for the countries and their attitudes. Unfortunately, I've seen WAAAY too many cases of chinese cheating lately... and it's confusing me. Didn't they originally say they were trying to prove to the world how great of a nation they are? What do they mean by "great?"

If I could destroy any one game I would NOT destroy anything like Shaq Fu, Superman 64, ET, etc.

So, as you probably already know, the forth book from C.S. Lewis' awesome 'Narnia' series has just hit the silver screen. Yes, the forth book. For you uneducated people, Andrew Adamson skipped book one (The Magician's Nephew) and book 3 (The Horse and his Boy). Yes, it was the second book written, but fourth in chronology. But anyway, is it as epic as it's cracked up to be?

Just saw Speed Racer... a movie so many people have given negative reviews on... and I gotta say, I actually liked it. That's just my opinion, but I liked it! I can see why people wouldn't like it, but it's not like it doesn't have any good qualities. Time to share them in this new Movie Scoop!

Okay, so I saw Iron Man late last night, and I've decided that with the new blogs, I'm going to start these "Movie Scoops." They're gonna work the same way as my regular Scoops, except, obviously, with no video. Might be better this way, though, because I don't want to spoil the movie for you. So, here's the three best and worst points of the movie. Will you see in the theatres? Rent it? Or bypass it completely? You decide.
