So there appears to be reports going around based on a teaser website: http://www.capcom.co.jp/newwarrior/index.html that leads people to believe there will be a Super Street Fighter IV coming.
Going through different forums recently, I’ve discovered a common complaint about Batman: Arkham Asylum. Basically, it amounts to, “Where’s the replayability?”
Inspired by babyhenchy1’s blog, I decided to create my own top 10 TV shows. So here goes.
I love TV. Well, that is, when I can find something good on. I pretty much grew up in front of the television, and even wrote an article on how TV “raised me” (which can be read over at http://www.retrojunk.com/details_articles/2340/).
So here I am, now employed and working out my budget to clear some debts and begin paying on a car. With my discount at various hotels (perk of the job) and a guaranteed 2 weeks of vacation after January, the decision is partially made – Time to attend my first real convention. This, of course is tentatively set for 2010.
Someone over at GT posted 12 mins of the upcoming Ghostbusters game - intro and a decent amount of gameplay. Definitely feels like classic Ghostbusters, and it's something I'm REALLY looking forward to buying.
People hi, bah-weep-grahna-weep-ninnibong everyone and howdy.
I've been around for over a year and a non-registered reader/viewer for a while before that. You might have noticed a few of my comments, a couple blogs here and there and that one submission Sunday video I had showcased "Screw 62" (which no longer works because my Youtube account got shutdown.)
I've seen quite a few "get to knows and decided, "Hey, I'm a g1. People don't know my inner workings. I should write one of those. Anthony Stewart Head is an awesome singer."
I began my career as a simple carpenter. Life was good then. I’d get up at dawn, have a hearty breakfast and head out to build or repair whatever was in need of my skills that day.
One day, it all changed. My pet ape got fed up with how much my work and girlfriend took of my time and how he ended up feeling neglected because of it. He decided that enough was enough so he grabbed Pauline and carried her to the top of one of our unfinished buildings.
((I had wanted to play Oblivion since it first came out, but I only owned a PS2 at that time and there was no way my computer could run it. So when I got my 360 I knew this was going to eventually be played. Why I hadn’t purchased it before, I don’t know. I was always hesitant, until one day.
Last night I took part in the first episode of the Canadian Beta of 1 vs 100 and I have to say, it was great fun. At any given time there were at least 9000 people playing according to the stats.
My first system was an Atari 2600, I had roughly 35 games for it before it suddenly disappeared one day. But I’m not here to talk about my Atari… maybe one day.
No, I’d like to tell you a story - a story about a young impressionable child and a day that would forever change him.
So I hop onto my 360 and play around until Ben invites me to Halo 3.
I toss in the game and we get to killing each other. More specifically, we get to them killing each other and me, while I get a few lucky shots.
I've admitted countless times, I suck at FPS games against real people, my rank is also good notification.
So yeah, even though I was pretty much last in each round I still had fun. It was my first game day and it was good to play with other people who aren't racial-slurring, profanity-tossing nimrods.
Games have long been the children of their creators and that includes the characters, main and otherwise. Mario, Luigi, Link, Sonic, Mega Man, etc. These have been the avatars, if you will, for the player since the games’ releases.
Some games would give you the same characters, but allow you to change their names – RPGs for instance. I would usually give my characters names of people I knew, sometimes I’d throw in Fantasy names and, rarely, I’d use the characters’ actual names.
Note: I DID NOT create this, nor do I take credit for it. This was an article by Michael Swaim on cracked.com and I thought it would be great to share it with you all (in case you don't visit that site).
So, I was thinking about this Blog Day's topic and honestly couldn't think of a single game as a guilty pleasure. So I decided upon this.

Hi. My name is Korahn, and I was a ROM-aholic.
It's been 4 months since I last played a pirated game. I've used the classic lines in defense of ROM-ing like, "no one's getting paid for these games anymore anyway," etc.
