Even if you aren't getting a Wii U, these toys make for some nice Nintendo collectables. I now have a little Mario figure sitting on my desk. As for the kids meal itself, it wasn't bad. I upgraded to sweet potatoe fries and a shake, both of which were pretty good. The new chicken nuggets, not so much they tasted about as good as the fully cooked ones you throw in the micowave. Guess I prefer the old chunky tenders, I'd suggest going with the cheeseburger.

Michael Pachter talked about this; he stated that he wishes Nintendo would branch out a little more and let other people use their IPs, like having a SNES on the Iphone, or, well...have a fast food place hold Nintendo toys. Especially with the news that their future is riding so heavily on Wii U sales this holiday, I think that's what made them take his advice. I just wish it didn't take them to be "pushed to drastic measures" to make cool stuff like this happen more often.
