I really hated having to put these on all my school books as a kid. They're a pain in the ass to put on, and they just got all ripped up when i threw my books in my desk anyway.

LOL. Most of the time the sleeves match the cover itself. This isn't even an issue for paperback books.

Sometimes the cover is better though, plus it's removable, so it gives you options. Options are good. I fail to see how this is at all a bad thing.

I think you're taking this a bit too seriously. The whole purpose this was made was to make fun of all the mindless hating going on in the internet. Which is why the reasons presented aren't always legit. It's intentional.

I'm not taking it too seriously. I'm just pointing out the facts. I know how these Love/Hate things work. I'm just not ALWAYS a fan of them. Often, yes, but not always.

Anyone ever notice how allot of science books like chemistry and physics will have animals on the cover, usually penguins? In that case, it's best to cover it up since it's so misleading.

some were a pain in the ass to make too....actually i just never learned how to do it. although there were ones you could buy and those were just a scam!
