I'm not crazy about the depiction of Mega Man in it, but the rest of the artwork looks awesome & very colorful.

i remember seeing the cover at my friend's house and i said: "wait, that's megaman? he doesn't look like the cartoon or the game? you sure this is real?"

Little Me: "Ugh, that just looks terrible......I must have this game."

His legs look like those really old generic wrestling toys where one foot was always facing to the side and not forward.
