God I love this movie. I don't care what anybody says. This is both a Halloween movie and a Christmas movie.

It's not a Halloween movie. It happens to have a Halloween Town, but it's by definition a Christmas movie. The plot is about discovering the meaning of Christmas, and discusses nothing of Halloween other than the opening song in order to set how obsessed the townspeople are. But it is a CHRISTMAS MOVIE. It's as Halloween-related as A Charlie Brown Christmas.
