I have to say, I thought this scene could have been a little better. But I still like just how humorous is turned out.

Splinter "As a leader, you will find there are no mistakes, only choices."

Leo "So you could have picked Mikey as the leader?"

Splinter "No, that would have been a mistake."

"Why pick me?" "Because you asked."

And here I thought that Leo had some leader quality to him...

I love this scene. It's hilarious, but it actually treats the issue of leadership much more seriously than its flippant humor suggests.

Sounds like it's actually good! You have no idea how happy I am to hear that.

second favorite scene in the show so far next to the pizza scene

That scene was pretty funny.
