So with 38 Studios having shut their doors and letting the healing begin, it is time to open some old wounds. Curt Schilling revealed to Boston Magazine that Kingdoms of Amalur MMO Copernicus might have actually had a publishing deal with Take-Two, but due to “dysfunction within the company, [and] Schilling’s shortcomings as a manager”, things didn’t work out.
Schilling says that wasn’t the only reason things were rough. Just look at this quote from the interview. "The game wasn’t fun… It was my biggest gripe for probably the past eight to 12 months." Wow, that seems fairly harsh and no matter how pretty a game looks, the meaty part is most important. What is even funnier though it Take-Two spokesmen Alan Lewis denies that statement by saying "I am not aware that there were any negotiations".
