The 3DS eShop is primed to end 2012 on a high note
Earlier this week, Nintendo revealed a lot of news concerning future eShop releases and from the look of things, 3DS owners are going to have a nice variety of titles to choose from over the next few months.
- Super Mario 3D Land

- Mario Kart 7
- Star Fox 64 3D
- Mario Golf (Oct. 11)
- Castlevania: The Adventure (Oct. 25)
- Ninja Gaiden (Nov. 8)
- Zelda II - The Adventure of Link (Nov. 22)
- Wario Land II (Dec. 20)
- Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (Dec. 27)
- Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!!
- Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion
- LEGO The Lord of the Rings

This all look's awesome! Can't wait.
I agree with this. Sony sometimes overprices digital PS3 games as well, but other times, they're priced the same as retail or even competitively. Nintendo really need to reduce the price of the digital copies. They're WAY more expensive than any retailer is selling the physical copies for.
But.... Liberation Maiden is already there, for NZ$15... Maybe the US just doesn't have it yet. It's a little pricey, but not too bad. I'll probably buy it.
I'm glad we're getting Ninja Gaiden, and I presume that's the Game Boy Castlevania title (at least, one of them), but I already have the other NES titles from the Ambassador Programme.
I'm definitely looking forward to Power of Illusion, though.
Mario Golf gives me hope for the GBC Mario Tennis game in the future. And a Pushmo sequel? Uh I liked Pushmo just fine and all but I dunno if it needs a sequel. (Personally I'd rather see Dillon's Rolling Western get one first)
The idea of Suda making an eShop game has my attention though.
Physical or Digital-That is the question,
I just misread the title I thout it said "The3DS eshop is primed to end in 2012 on a high note"
The least they could do is set the price to the retail price... as it is now, its just nonsensical.
Did not think I was gonna need a bigger SD card when I bought the system but now with these I do.
It will come...hopefully.
I believe in December we're getting these titles so I need to save me up some cash (since I'm also getting a Wii U >.<)
But that's exactly what they DON'T want because there's no loss really if digital sales don't do well, but it is a huge loss if retail sales are bad.
ok step 1 complete, now it's time to sell them for cheaper then the retail copies so folks will buy it over the retail copies
I already have Zelda II on my Wii, but I like it so much, I might get it on my 3DS as well. Also, I'd get the Adventure Time demo.
Damn still no Super Metroid
Personally I'd just much rather own a physical copy of them game than a digital one.
Europe store already has the retail games actually. Was thinking about downloading Starfox but the price is kinda ridiculous. Sure I can see Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart (maaaaybe Zelda also) still being $40, but Star Fox? Naah. When I can get that one for about $25 at other places I'm not gonna go there.
Will the "sci-fi epic" have epic titties?
Lost Levels: so you can rage quit on the go!
