Yeah, I think it was a dumb idea for Raph to have a pet turtle. "Yo dawg, I heared you like turtles, so we gave you a pet turtle. Now you can have a turtle while being a turtle" Personally I think they should've gone with a Salamander, and any long time Turtle fan should know what I would recommend it to be female.
What's up with the massive pads on their arms they look like floaties on a toddler at the pool. The turtles look like they are made of styrofoam too, it's a weird style of animation and character design. I haven't watched it yet, but that's all I can really complain about.
wimping out and calling midgets "little people". for shame.
I'll take away my for shame comment when you can prove to me that "little people" is somehow less offensive to the term midget. If you can explain to me that there is a legitimate difference and "little people" is somehow a magical word and not some PC bullcrap dreamed up in the mind of super-sensitive chode, then I'll take back that "for shame" comment.
Yes you're right. It's exactly the same. I apologize for being an offensive idiot. You see, it's just that I missed that section in American history class where midgets (oops, I mean little people) were used as slaves, were lynched for their size, faced segregation with those "you must be this tall to enter" bathrooms, movie theaters and restaurants, and had to fight tooth and nail for their rights to be equal to the tall man in America. Now that you've enlightened me that it's the same exact thing, I can now proceed to be politically correct like the rest of the world.
This, plus considering the Ninja Turtles are far more intelligent/evolved versions of regular turtles a better comparison would be if a human had a pet monkey/ape.

I don't think it's a fair comparison, mutant turtles aren't as commonplace as humans. His case is unique.
Darth Malphas
That really isn't any different than a human having a pet monkey.

The lovely irony of it all!

I'd say it's more like human having a pet monkey. Or Goofy's friend having a pet dog.

It's exactly the same as the difference between calling someone a negro and a black person.

It seems more of a Ying Yang relationship here, The over-tempered and the laid back attitudes together.
