The PC version of the Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition has been given an official release date of September 18th, alongside a number of other little interesting tidbits. Now the Apple versions are still coming sometime in February and Android is TBA, but what is most important is the inclusion of new characters and more adventure.

The character is a half-elf mage named Neera, who will incorporate a new area and romantic encounter to add about four hours of gameplay. Additionally, there will be an area known as the Black Pits, which functions like an arena for the entertainment of a character known as Baeloth. Pre-orders are now available on the official site and doing so will save you 2 bucks.
