BlazBlue CS Extend is announced for North America

10/13/11 1:20pm

BlazBlue CS Extend is coming to North America and will be available on PS3, Xbox 360, and Vita. This isn't the same as BlazBlue Continuum Shift II, but is an additional update to the original title. This full-retail version will contain Relius Clover, as well as other previously added characters.

In addition, there will be a few balance tweaks and new single-player modes. Still there is no official date for this game, but since it is expected to launch with the Vita, we should see it sometime in Q1 of 2012. Let's just hope that it doesn't cost $80...

As I don't yet have Continuum Shift I think I'll wait for this one.

As much as I like BlazBlue, the updated versions of Continuum Shift are getting ridiculous. I want to see the third game taking place after Continuum Shift, not revisit it a second or third time.

I want to give this a chance mainly because Blaze Blue is by far the best fighting game series of this generation.

Yep, seems like it! For all we know Blazblue 3 could end like how Guilty Gear 2 turned out.
