Blizzard will be bringing something new to PAX East

PAX East became a bit more interesting last night when Penny Arcade Report senior editor Ben Kuchera posted a story concerning the invitation he received from Blizzard to check out its booth at the conference.
It’s already been established that attendees will be able to sample Diablo III on the morning of March 22, however this isn’t the only game Blizzard is planning to show off. Apparently, the developers will also be presenting a brand new project they’ve been working on.
No one outside of Blizzard currently knows what this game will be but a few clues were provided in the invite:
“We’ve been working on a little something, different from our other games, and we’re pleased to invite you to be the first to see it. It’s not a sequel, expansion, or that rumored next-gen MMO, but it’s something we’re excited for you to get your hands on.”
So these clues rule out anything to do with Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, and even the highly secretive Project Titan.
Something completely new from Blizzard? Hmmmm…well I’m completely stumped. Seriously, it could be just about anything. But if I absolutely have to take a guess, I’ll say it’ll be an MMO or RTS of some kind? I don’t know.

"It’s not a sequel, expansion, or that rumored next-gen MMO, but it’s something we’re excited for you to get your hands on.” they already announced D3 on PS3/4 also D3 is a sequel so that already makes that impossible as well. its more likely a game not related to any of their current games and its not a MMO so thats what we can rule out.

They didn't rule out a spin-off, although the chances of one are slim.
This could be anything. A new IP, a remake, or yet another console port. Who the fuck knows what it could be?
