Capcom confirms JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD for XBLA and PSN

7/15/12 12:00pm
tl;dr

Capcom is re-releasing JoJo's Bizarre Adventure for XBLA and PSN on August 21st for 1600 Microsoft Points or $19.99.

Editor's Note: Well, it looks like Xbox360Achievements was right  ... again!

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure  is getting a HD update with perks (online features to be exact) similar to that of Super Street Fighter IV and Marvel vs. Capcom 3. As to what these supposed "perks" are, Capcom hasn't stated just yet. We can assume though there will be lobbies, match making, and possibly replays.

I myself have never played JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, but I've always been curious. I'm glad to see Capcom still supporting the fighting genre with all of these HD re-releases to show the newer generation just where the fighting  game community began.

You can download JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD on August 21st for 1600 MS Points/$19.99 on XBLA and PSN.

They just need to release a CPS-3 compilation on disc or download; their is only 6 games(3 not including updates).

You guys must not realize this but buying this game on disc usally runs you MORE than $20. Seems like a good deal to me!

This game was/still is awesome, but $20 is too much. Maybe it's because I'm used to HD remakes of fighters launching for $10 - $15.
