No smoking. Have a valid ID. Do not hit machines. Do not hit other players. Three panels about how to handle your game tokens. Water and electricity do not mix. Do not play more than one machine at one time. No exchanging prizes. Do get excited when you win. Do not play for extended periods of time. Did I get them right?

I didn't get it either, but was this taken in an arcade? Because I think it's a list of warnings for that place.

What times they're open, don't smoke, don't kick the machines or people, don't play two machines at once, or hog one for hours, don't swap out products with a knock-off expecting to get away with it, etc. Am I on the right track?
