CoD-playing teens raided by police

Some teenagers in Sweden were enjoying Call of Duty (presumably Black Ops 2) when one of them died in the game, apparently pretty badly. He dropped to the ground and began to shout "help help help" to emulate his on-screen soldier.

Some neighbors heard the screams and, while the teen's friends knew he was joking, thought the kid was in real danger. Like any good citizen, they called the police.

Ten minutes later the teens were facing down ten police officers, who yelled the kids to put their hands on their heads, leave the apartment, and lie face-down on the ground.

The gamers eventually convinced the police that they were just playing around, and the officers let them back inside to go back to fragging noobs (not a quote).

Have you g1s ever been worried about this? In a day and age with pretty beefy sound systems, this has often been a concern of mine... Let us know in the comments!

Interesting but I don't think the sound system was so much the cause as the kid yelling help WITH the sound of of gun shots. Had the kid not been yelling for help no one would of thought it was a legit gun fight. Think of it this way. Someone is yelling for help, why would they do that? You hear gun fire too so you think they must be connected.

I don't worry about this happening because usually when I die or screw up in a game its followed by a few profanity laced phrases. Not falling to the ground and shouting help like a idiot.

Playing Runescape and someone stole my dudes information. So we get it back because we know all the recovery info and people show up at our door about an hour later. Turns out since the guy who stole my friends account put a membership on it it was his now. So we had to let the cops into the house and show them what was up. It was ridiculous.
