Hello. First of all thanks for clicking in and having a look at my blog. When shopping for games and trying to choose which one I feel is right for me I usually look for some of the more obscure titles that are on the market.

Deathsmiles however wasn't one those I bought for my self, it was actually a gift bought for me with the tag line "That's one of those weird Japanese games you like to play isn't it?". This game at first glance I didn't think would be to fun because I kind of figured the idea of it being a horizontal side scrolling shoot 'em up arcade game on the Xbox 360 was outdated and I never really was a fan of the genre before but...after I played it? I didn't stop for quite a few hours like really It was a Saturday and I played it from from 7:00PM to....well lets just say it was definitely the AM.

The version I got I'm assuming was different from the normal one because it came with a baffling amount of free stuff, it came with free DLC and 2 extra discs which I thought was just more content at the time until I read them, one was some desktop thing for my computer that I haven't tried yet and the other was the entire soundtrack (which was actually so awesome it was worth owning).

I think the only thing more strange about it was the game itself, theres not really much in the way of a plot but enough and the the gameplay goes crazy fast which means there's not really many moments where the game is leaving you bored the characters are not really anything I'd compare to standard and the boss battles are....

(Spoiler alert)

....there's one called Mary the giant cow. I didn't have time to take a screen shot so I borrowed one from Google. Ironically after all of this  I couldn't come up with a decent reason not to bring you all art work for this game, so here it is, I hope you enjoy and as always feedback and questions are more than welcome.
