The SA Community can and will rise again.
Hey guys, Terra here..
For many of you, You probably don't know who I am, and that's okay... Just know that you are a part of this too.... You're a part of this Community, our Community. I've been away for a few months. I could blame it on College, yes, but Ultimately, I've been fighting this new site layout/direction like we're 2 fat kids fighting over a Mars Bar.
....So Imagine my surprise when Craig accounced that he was going to address the Community's concerns. Cycnical, yet anxious I made my way over.
What happened next blew my mind.
g1's from past and present flocked to the UStream chat. People I haven't talked to in ages, names and faces I had remembered over the years. We were all in the same situation. We might not have visited the site in ages, but we didn't give up on the Community. We still cared. I gotta say, It made me teary eyed. Against the odd's, eh?
The talk with Craig, Bryan and Jared was really positive. We addressed a lot of issues, faced some harsh truths and ultimately, gained some perspective. While I still have a LOT of issues, I think it was amazing. Im going to E-mail Jared, Bryan and Craig over the week giving them my Input. I was constantly reminded of the Community's Integrity. Seriously, it ain't worthless guys.
And then, just at the peak of my bliss, an Idea formed in my head.
NOW. For those who DO know me, you'll know that when i have an idea,,,, I don't stop. So be afraid. I'm not gonna give too much away, as I wanna make sure I can actually do this. It's gonna be big, huge. Im not even sure we can do it. But has that ever stopped us?

Ok, I don't want to sound like a douche here but how did you and everyone else found out about this Ustream thing? I read that Craig didn't want it to be posted to the public but Brayn did it by accident on Twitter. Did the crew send out personal messages to a handful of selected g1s or what? In that case, I'm really sad that I didn't get to know about it since I would've loved to express my opinions. I also find it sad that g1s who haven't visited the site in years got invited while us g1s who've been checking the site daily over a couple of years didn't even know about it. I mean, wouldn't the people who visits New ScrewAttack every day have a better view of the situation than the old veterans who left the site in 2008 or whatever?
Either way, I guess I'm just a bit jealous. Of course they couldn't invite every g1 to be a part of this and if I want to express my opinions on the site, I could always just send an e-mail their way. I'm happy for the people who got invited to the Ustream chat and I hope you voiced some good opinions.
