[Community Showcase] - I'm proposing with a video game
Hey g1s,
So as you may have guessed from the title, I made a game and I am going to be proposing to my girlfriend with it. Now to give you some back-story about a year ago I started dating a girl I went to high school with. About a month ago, I realized that I wanted to marry this girl. How did I realize this you may ask? By crashing my car.
She was driving my car and got confused while making a left turn. She drove my car onto a highway divider and destroyed the driver’s side blinker. How this situation made me realize that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this girl, was I was worried about if she was safe or if she was okay before I ever worried if even I was okay or if there was damage to the car. I had the idea of how I wanted to propose, because I am a game developer. I knew I wanted to make a game to do it for me because, well, I am just that big of a dork and I don’t exactly have the money to go the nice restaurant route. So without further ado, here is the game.

Not to be mean or anything, but that was an awful game. Why would you halfass a proposal? Do it right, get rid of the boxes around the characters, make it look, just all around less sloppy, add music. Come on now
