[Community Showcase] Kid Icarus has gone gold and a sweet pre order bonus

Masahiro Sakurai has tweeted that the development of Kid Icarus Uprising has been finished. He wanted to thank everyone involved in this project. It'll be release in March 23rd. Which means he’ll work on Super Smash Bros. 4 soon?

Anyways, on to the good stuff. Nintendo of America will give anyone who pre-ordered Kid Icarus Uprising a free copy of the 3D Classic: Kid Icarus. It'll be available in North America at all retailers (GameStop, Best Buy, Target, etc.), so check which retailer has it and pre-order it if you're a fan of Kid Icarus. Here is the latest trailer.

The Fact you'll be getting a Free Game the original KID ICARUS on your 3ds is simply amazing when you Pre Order Uprising...You bet I'll Pre Order this

I wonder what's more exciting: The fact this game is done or the fact that the new smash bros will start development? Sadly, I feel the latter

Also, not to sound cynical, but the gameplay and fight control looks kind of like a crappier version of KH... :-/

I guess that means they've started working on Smash Bros for Wii U. Can't waste any time, I want that game before the end of 2013!

BTW who's the girl talkiing with Pit? Can't be Palutena since she's been very serious throughout this time. This voice sounds more playful and sounds like she'll be constantly popping out witty one-liners much like Pit himself.

While this game looks great, it doesn't really look... portable. I can't imagine myself playing this between classes at college, or in a waiting room or something. It has the same problem the Vita is likely to have; sometimes I kind of feel like major portable games should probably just be console games.
