During the San Diego Comic Con, gamers in attendance who were eagerly awaiting the release of Deep Silver’s, Dead Island had the chance to pick a special limited edition prequel comic published by Marvel. Sadly, the rest of us were missing out. Until now!

The comic, which was written by William Dailey and includes artwork by Jorge Lucas, Juan Santacruz, Diego Olmos, Carlos Rodriguez and Sergio Arino, is now available on Marvel’s digital distribution page.

Dead Island will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on September 6.
