Digital Download sales on Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn finally resumes!
Remember how Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn was such an incredible success at launch; they had to shut down the digital sales on PC and PS3? Well after a couple weeks tweaking the servers, it looks like they’ve worked out all the kinks and are ready to let you start buying the game again.
They fixed this by increasing the maximum number of servers worldwide and increasing the maximum limits on users per world. This follows the already offered PSN refunds and seven free days to compensate for all this trouble. The PS4 version will also be launching in 2014. Any g1s planning to pick this one up now?

I will also third that sentiment. I have yet to get my pre-order bonus and when I sent out emails they take as said above, "7-10 days" to respond. Then they preemptively close your ticket (They stated as such on the response emails...I laughed out of the ridiculousness of it all). I say wait until they expand their data center to data centers for the NA and EU region since they both share them. Makes handling issues a pain lol
If you listen closely, you can hear the sounds of crickets chirping, as they are the only ones who give a damn.
i shall wait another month for servers to smooth out a bit, plus Wind waker HD soon (haven't played) pokemon x/y and AVGN to play shortly >.< (waiting for PC gtaV haha)
I would've bought this game but I couldn't before, and now, there's GTAV. I'll be holding off for a while.
I actually think I might play this game when I have the time and money, but right now there are just too many issues with accessing it that I'm going to wait.
Indeed, I'm not having trouble currently getting into the game (was a pain in the ass just to create an account), the reopening of digital downloads will re-flood servers causing everyone to hit the Log-in Queue boss. So would be wise to wait, and see how it plays out.
I would still hold off on buying this game. CD keys are randomly missing, accounts are randomly being suspended, and it's taking 7 to 10 days for them to reply to e-mails. You're still waiting about 10 to 30 minutes to log on, and given the fact that this is WITH 10s of thousands of people unable to log on due to account issues, it's going to spike again in a few days.
