Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game gets ported to the Nintendo 3DS!
Dragon Ball Heroes, an exclusive arcade game in Japan is getting a Nintendo 3DS port! Although it looks like AR cards will be used instead of the arcade cards, the game uses a card gimmick to do battle instead of buttons. Japanese magazine V-Jump hints players can trade cards and the game will have over 800 cards, plus Rare cards made after the game is released.
The game will use the built-in features of the 3DS so gamers can d-d-d-d-d-d-duel others wirelessly. The 3DS port of the game will be called Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission. The game comes out in spring 2013 in Japan. Are g1s excited we might now be able to get an arcade Dragon Ball game right in the palm of our hands? Here is the Japanese Trailer of the arcade game to get a slight feel of what to expect in the 3DS version.

First DBZ card game that seems actually intresting, espically the arcade style, idk if the 3ds will be better though. Then again the only good card video games i've played was Kingdom hearts Chain of Memorys for the GBA, and all the Yugioh games, but the series revolves around card games so it doesn't count. Still stoked, major DBZ fan <3

I already commented on this blog but, shouldn't Cell be trying to eat Android 18, not fight alongside her?

I'd 'eat' Android 18 too if I had a choice...

I bet you would, JOKES

So, it looks like we'll have a game centered around AR cards, if they decide to keep with the formula for the arcade. Looks interesting. Let's hope they don't mess it all up.

Ehn, how's this gonna work, Heroes is a veeeery specialized game. Not too familiar with how the 3DS hardware will work with this, but I've given up on TGCs a while ago, too costly a hobby.
