A few more features slip between the cracks right before Xbox One launches

With the Xbox One launch right around the corner, we're starting to hear of a few more features that won't be available at launch. First, and least notable, owners will not be able to play music off of a USB device. According to Microsoft's Albert Penello, the feature may be coming down the line. In the mean time they reminded users that you will be able to play CDs out of the box.

The more notable feature that will be MIA is the ability to stream directly to Twitch. Yesterday Microsoft released a statement explaining

"We are working to ensure the initial Twitch on Xbox One broadcasting experience meets the expectations of the Twitch community, so while this feature won't be available right away, we'll let you know as soon as it is ready."

They expect to have the it ready "during the first part of 2014." Remember when a console would just release and be all it was supposed to? If this keeps up, the next generation of consoles are going to be blank powerful machines with software to be released later. Last I checked that's called a PC.
