Free interactive Skyrim map heading to iOS

The world of Skyrim is so huge, it could put Yo Mamma jokes out of business. And while having such a huge playground to play, pillage and pilfer in is definitely a great thing, navigating the world map may soon become the biggest and hardest quest you'll have to accept in the game. Luckily, dedicated fans are finding ways to ease the pain a little. If making a poster out of GameBanshee's amazingly detailed map isn't your thing, maybe you'll be interested in Dragon Shout, a free, interactive Skyrim map for iOS. (and soon Android)

An unofficial app, Dragon Shout features a fully interactive, hand-drawn map of Skyrim's world which allows you to drop annotated markers and jot journal entries down. In later versions, it'll even evolve into a social hub, enabling "marker sharing, party or app-wide chats, pictures, and more." And yes, it's free.

The app should be available for download over the next few days. If you're interested in the project, you can visit the official website at
