I like how these guys dont lie, this pretty much is one of the best video game shows online. quality of the episodes is insane considering how often they make them.
Just about any of the boss fights in the Devil May Cry games. But the huge DICK SMACK across the face HARD boss fight is Mundus in the first DMC. HOLY, SHIT. I've almost NEVER died as I played thru the game, but as soon as I ran into THAT fucker, all 20 of my Yellow Orbs went down the drain. I wanted to punt kick a puppy I was so mad xD
Yeah we have Albert Odyssey. My biggest memory from that one is that it loaded a lot. Never got very far in it.
Skyward sword. not the whole thing. just fucking target hitting with birds
Out of all the games, I just have Shining Wisdom on the Saturn, the japanese version no less. Have you guys ever played Albert Odyssey on the Saturn?
Nice vid. I'm sure that others have played those.
Really love the video you guys. :3 I'm most frustrated with Megaman at the moment. Just trust me. xD
The most recent game I played that frustrated the hell out of me is Assassins Creed. I managed to finish but GOD was I frustrated by the sloppy controls and repetitive missions. Almost threw my computer out the window.
So glad they improved everything with AC 2 which I'm playing right now.
A lot of games have with the most recent being Donkey Kong Country Returns and the rocket levels.
theres a lot of games i find frustrating, but the one that really gets me is any of the myst games. i have never managed to complete one of those games without a walkthrough. even with that though i still love them to bits. lol
The very first Splatterhouse! AUGHHHHHH!!!!
Lord of the ring on the SMS. that game is just insane.
Hmm... well... I've seen my share of frustrating games, but I have a few which deserve to be mentioned:
Battletoads & Double Dragon - Well, it was easier than the original Battletoads but I could never get past that ship level.
Dark Souls: Many people have commented on the difficulty of this game, and even though I only watched my friend play it, I felt like I could empathize with him on his many deaths in that game.
Maplestory: OK, I love Maplestory. It has an addictive gameplay, funny expressions, one or another nice quests and many other things. However, the level up system is frustrating and some quests are just too tedious. I still sigh every now and then as I try really hard to level up my lv146 Paladin by myself, since I'm battling monsters who are at least 5 levels above, just to gain 0.01% of experience per kill.
However, the game which frustrated me the most... even though I'm a fan of him for years.. is...
Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) - As much of a fan of Sonic as I am, this game is probably the worst Sonic game ever. Too many loading times and frustrating camera glitches are just two of the many problems you'll face while playing this game. I loved the graphics of the game in the characters and in some stages, but I didn't have time to enjoy them because there were glitches which would make you lose a life of doing something as simple as moving forward. In my opinion, I think the team should take their time in checking each game, even if they have to delay it (didn't Zelda and Gran Turismo 5 delayed their games? Look at them now, they're very good games). I know you can do better than that and I still dream of seeing a Sonic game with wins the game of the year award. However, this one will still be, in my opinion, the most frustrating game ever.
Snake Rattle n Roll for the NES always makes me frustrated. Power Strike looks like Zanac for the NES.
Love the new Intro. Great episode. I have too many frustrating games to count.
For me, it's MotorStorm: Pacific Rift. I hate rubber banding in all racing games but winning a race with a time so much worse than usual is just frustrating. Why try and race properly when tricking the bots into thinking you're bad is a more reliable tactic by the end of the Festival?
Wait, new intro? Fucking badass. Also, I found Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion frustrating. Too much padding.
He doesn't know where the sailors are.
Oddly enough, Splatterhouse for the Xbox 360. I believe it's level 6 or 8 but the game is just unforgiving in this section. You're on a strict timer and you HAVE to have a super mode ready when you get locked in with 4 beefed up sub-bosses. If you don't get it on your first try then you restart back a ways but an empty super meter so you HAVE to get it on your first try.
Who said Solstice and Equinox on the 3DS???

Two guys from Denver talk about videogames, mostly retro. Definitely the 4th or 5th... maybe even the 6th best Youtube show ever!
