[gamescom] The Vita is getting Borderlands 2 with a little help from its friends
As if the dozen or so newly announced indie titles coming to VIta wasn't enough, Sony has joined forces with Gearbox Software and 2K Games to bring the Vita Borderlands 2. Randy Pitchford on more than one occasion had expressed an interest in the platform and bringing Gearbox games to it. Now that Sony has agreed to publish the product, it will be realized.
The port itself is being handled by Iron Galaxy Studios, makers of the upcoming hit Divekick and has the apparent blessing of 2K Games. This is a bit of a strange arrangement, but so long as it makes the vault hunters portable, I can get on board with it. I can only hope 2K passed on this to give Ken Levine the money he needs for BioShock on VIta...
I actually own this game on Xbox 360, but I'd rather play it on the wii u
hahaha no. in this instance a portable port makes more sense because the amount of people who own a wii u and another console is very high so they probably already own it. but people who already own a console version will still buy a portable version. and if wii u is the only hd console you have? sucks to be you.
Well fuck...now I want a vita. Clever bastards.
I need to get a Vita, right now. Finally, something came out that I want for it! Well, other than Killzone.
Can we get a port to Wii U in the near future?
ok now im buying a vita for borderlands 2 and killzone
