[Japan] Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus goes Vita in February

11/29/11 4:20pm

The updated PSVita port of Team Ninja's Ninja Gaiden Sigma will hit Japanese store shelves in February 2012, the latest issue of Famitsu reports. Titled Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, the game will include Ninja Gaiden 3's 'Hero Mode', which will automatically handle the blocking and dodging during combat, giving less skilled players a chance to enjoy the story of the game. And yeah, it's only optional.

Here's hoping that the game will become a launch title when the PSVita releases in the rest of the world.  And let's also hope it'll be cheaper than in Japan, where the price is set as ¥6,090 (~$78).

Hero mode seems really pointless if that is all that it does, blocking and doging are really easy and intuitive to pull off with very little practice.

Hero mode only an option... thank you Team Ninja~ Incidentally I had a dream where it was possible to disable auto aim on Modern Warfare 3...
