Kim Dotcom is coming back to the Internet with

So Kim Dotcom has managed to not only keep out of jail, but he is working to rebuild his empire. Starting by launching a whole new site simply called MEGA. With it he promises to deliver a “Bigger. Better. Faster. Stronger. Safer.” Experience than what Megaupload previously provided. He also boasts that U.S. law enforcement will not have the ability to reach him where he is planning on hosting the site and here is how he plans to do it.

"The new Mega will not be threatened by US prosecutors… The new Mega avoids any dealings with US hosters, US domains and US backbone providers and has changed the way it operates to avoid another takedown."

Dotcom will still stand trial in March for his charges relating to allowing users to trade in copyrighted material. He did comment in a Reuters interview that he would be interested in working with holders of copyrighted material to limit the amount of content being traded on MEGA. So long as he won’t be held legally responsible. I can’t tell if this is good or bad, but the tag line reminds me of a Daft Punk song. What do you guys think?
