New Battle Kid 2 demo available
Get hands on with the demo for Battle Kid 2: Mountain of Torment
Well, earlier I put up a new Battle Kid 2 demo. This is how the game is now versus how it was back in 2011. I figured an updated one would be a good way to go to show off the new scenes and what have you.

If you so want to look at the old demo, you can still do so on my website.

Hey man, is it all right if I upload a video of myself dying numerous times?

Go right ahead. When playing, do your best though. :)

The question is... Is Jared still the king of Battle Kid?

This can just barely hold me over for the full release. It will be glorious!

I wish I could play it, but I will look forward to the real deal. Good stuff.

I just got the first one about a month ago. I was just playing it earlier today. Love it. Can't wait for BK2.

Whats the status report on the BK2 cartridge production? How many carts will you initially create?
Sivak
Well, the biggest purpose of this demo is I want something tested on a real system. The expanded game won't run on a Powerpak (a cart you can use a CF card and put ROMs on to play on a real system), so I shrunk it down to a 256 game. The standalone cartridge of course runs fine, as I tested the prototype which was expanded. I'm hoping to get reports tomorrow. If favorable, then that pretty much is the green light I need. Stay tuned.
