Nintendo reveals the 30 cents for 30 days schedule
Editor's Note: Not a bad selection of games I must say.
To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Famicom (or NES), Nintendo has announced the 30 cents for 30 days promotion. Basically, from now until July, Nintendo will be selling a select NES or SNES game for only 30 cents for a 30 day period. Once the 30 days are up, another game will receive the discount and so on.
Recently, "The Big N" has released the schedule of what games will be going on sale, and the first one up is Balloon Fight, which just went on sale this week. Here's the full list of games:
- January - Balloon Fight (NES) From January 23 to February 21.
- February - F-Zero (SNES) From February 20 to March 21.
- March - Punch out!! featuring Mr. Dream (NES) From March 20 to April 18.
- April - Kirby's Adventure (NES) From April 17 to May 16.
- May - Super Metriod (SNES) From May 15 to June 13.
- June - Yoshi / Mario & Yoshi (NES) From June 12 to July 11.
- July - Donkey Kong (NES) From July 15 to August 13.

Props to nintendo, even though I wish they would release the arcade version of Donkey Kong for once. The NES port is okay for casual play but for professionals trying to practice for the real thing and can't afford a cabinet, it kinda sucks.

Lol have 5 of the 7 of them in original form... well my punch-out!! is with Tyson... but still, this is an amazing deal, anyone with a Wii U should pick up each of these if they haven't already
