Nintendo has revealed that Link will be returning to some familiar sites from Twilight Princess. Faron Woods bears a similar name to the Faron Province you have previously explored. Things have changed though and after leaving the Skyloft (Link's home), Faron Woods is the first location Link will visit on the surface world. After traversing the forest, Link will arrive at the Skyview Temple, where he believes Zelda is held.

There are a number of new abilities to help you get through the woods. Links ability to "Dash" will not only help cover more ground quickly, but it will also let him scale walls and perform other acrobatic feats. The "Dowsing" ability is a way to use Link's sword and determine the location of various objects and people in the game. Last of course is the ever trusty Slingshot, which can stun enemies and activate environmental objects.
