I can see Microsoft getting sued for this big time, Pc is one thing but console and kids going finding porn then boom parents catch them and because parents get crazy when it comes to video games they will jump on the sue train for that moneys

It will almost certainly have age restrictions, im quite sure you can turn the browser off unless a password is put in, and theres a "1-8" rating of mature content for games (this may have changed to age rating) , im almost certain theres already a "child lock" for games, so why this wouldnt instantly transfer to the browser I would not know.
Stupidity is not a reason to sue someone, neglegance in what your child is doing should be o_O.
