Obscure Gaming Knowledge even Didyouknowgaming.com doesn't know.

tl;dr

I'm about to drop some knowledge on y'all!

Xemnas, the final boss of Kingdom Hearts 2, originally had two different forms for the fight inside Kingdom Hearts.

These are them. The only known name for this Centaur like beast of awesome is "King". Gee, I wonder where they got that name. I was most likely changed to the World of Nothingness seen in game:

to show a greater connection with the Castle that Never Was , instead  of the World That Never Was itself.

Papu Papu, the first boss of the original Crash Bandiccot game (and later second in Crash Team Racing) was designed solely around his fat belly; as Naughty Dog wanted to expeirement with the PS1's abilities to measure physics on multiple polygons on the same model at a time. We would later call these capabilites "Jiggle Physics"

Rufus

was originally a black guy.

This version would have used a combination of Kung-Fu and Hip-Hop Dance moves, a stlye dubbed by the developers at Dimps as "Gangsta-Fu" or "HIp-Fu" (sources vary). He was changed to the lovable fatass we know today halfway through recording his Jappanesse move dialouge (which is apparently done before animating begins). This is why is Japanesse voice is so low. He was changed because the Capcom thought Hip-Hop was an outdated fad in the west, but being that fat as hell wasn't! Oh, and that popcorn he's holding?

Photoshopped in.

Speaking of Stree Fighter, Eagle:

from the original Street Fighter is beleived to be the only homosexual character in Street Fighter lore. This can assumed from the fact that, like many fighters of the street after him, Eagle was based off of a Western celebrity, Freddie Mercury, who was as gay as can be.

According to the Rockman 6 manga adaption, Centaur "Man" is actually female.

In addition, she has "Knight Crush" for Knight Man, thus explaining her weakness to his power.

There is a Mega Man strategy game that is exculsive to China creativily titled "Rockman Strategy". In it, Mega Man meets and befriends Fan, a "Chinese Culture Soldier".

Oddly enough, he is completly silent.

Many don't notice this, but all the Robot Masters up to 10 all fall in line with a certain theme specific to that game: 1: Construction and Maintenance (Clear Cutting, Girder Lifting, Artic Exploration, Demolition, Forest Fires, Electrical Engineering), 2: War Machines (Distance, Aireal, Water, Hand to Hand, Explosives, Time Control, Fire Fight, Jungle), 3: Space Exploration (Teraforming, Foregin Metal Collection, Large-Scale Recon, Techtonic Activity , Gravity Tester, Probing and Terrian Detail, Protable Generator, "Espionage" Rejected Staroid) 4: Excavation  ond Order (Lighting, Swamps, Digging, Heiroglyphics, Catching Robbers, Clean-Up, Underwater, Murder*) 5: Amusment Park Maintence (Anti-Gravity, Water Treatment, Securtity, Aeril Mpnitoring/Admitance, Entertainment, Shippping, Fireworks/BOOM!, Finance),6: World Cultures (The Yukon, Greece, India, England, Amazon, Native Americans, Holand**, Japan), 7: Body Guards (Temperature Control, Part Collector, Toxic Chemical Guard, Aerial, Distance,  Base Construction, Hidden in Shadow, Chaufer) 8: Scavenged Pieces (Overuse, Telescope, Relic, A clown, Bumbling Solider, Leftover Pieces,  Sadomasochistic Bombs,  Failed Experiment), and 9: Rescue and Repair (Dams, Storms, Drowning, Quality Control on Electronics, Mines,  Parks, Geothermal Safety and Security, SPACE!, Police). Bass follows a theme of resentment and supierority, as all the robots in it either have grown to hate humans or already see themselves as above them.

*Mega Man Mega Mix states that Skull Man was specificaly designed as an odd man out, as Cossack was forced to construct him by Wily with the sole purpose of destruction, hence the death motif.

**Maybe, he was designed by a kid.

Meanwhile, back at Square-Enix; they own Space Invaders
