The PlayStation 4 will not block used games thankfully

In a one on one interview with Tom Bramwell of Eurogamer, PlayStation’s Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed that the PS4 will indeed support the used game market. I am sure GameStop is incredibly excited by this news. Here is the official quote from Yoshida, speaking to consumer expectations when purchasing a product.
"Yes. That's the general expectation by consumers… They purchase physical form, they want to use it everywhere, right? So that's my expectation… So, used games can play on PS4.”
A Sony source outside the interview then went on to confirm to Eurogamer that the patent for the NFC disc wasn’t actually for the PS4 at all. So it looks like our fears can subside as there will be more used game sales, swaps, and bargains in our future.

Thank god, I thought I wouldn't be able to bring games over to my friends house anymore. He plays nothing but Call of Duty or Madden, so I bring Mortal Kombat over to his house all the time. Guess this means I can continue playing MK at his house after all, even when the new one comes out, and it will come out.
