Pyromaniacs your time has come. With the long-overdue Meet the Pyro short only a few days away, Valve has revealed that there will be festivities abound leading up to the release of their final short. Yes, the next three days are to be a fan-fare for the ages and day one is certainly a treat with the TF2 faithful getting access to a new map and game mode.

Entitled Doomsday, the map tells the gut wrenching tale of Poopy Joe as you attempt to help him “blast off and hunt down Soviet space chimp Vladimir Bananas… It's the same spirit of competitive enterprise that stalled the moon landing by three years when Buzz Aldrin suplexed Neil Armstrong into a pile of folding chairs at Astromania '69!” Right… Also there are eleven achievements.
