Though not officially cancelled, Rockman Online is sadly in development hell. The Korean Game Company NeoWiz is going through some pretty rough times. The Korean site Digital Times reports that NeoWiz is undergoing some restructuring, not only is it going to lower its development staff from 300 (THIS IS SPARTA!... couldn't resist) to 50 People they’re also going to cut back on online games as much as they have been and only focus on mobile games.

What's worse is Rockman Online has exhausted its workforce and NeoWiz has considered giving the online MMO to GAMEON Studio, but it’s a possibility for Capcom to call it quits. Potentially cancelling the game during negotiation talks... If cancelled, then it ups Capcom’s Mega Man game cancelled count to 3 out of 3. We are in some dark times in the force and we’re up against the Empire...sorry I couldn't resist some Star Wars talk. If Capcom does cancel Rockman Online this could sadly prove Capcom does not like Mega Man.
