It has come to light via a job listing that Microsoft needs your help getting Skype to work on the next generation of Xbox. Actually it looks like it may come to the current generation as well, so I guess it is more of an all hands on deck position.

The person who fills this position would be responsible for working with the current Xbox team and help Skype enter the living room “across various devices but with a focus on the large screen and the next generation of Xbox”. That team in Redmond is working on “both current Xbox and next gen”, so Skype might be developed for both platforms.
