[Rumor] Dead Rising 3 leaked to be currently in development

Dead Rising 3 might have been accidentally leaked to be in development according to a recent posting on LinkedIn.

While nothing specific was revealed or leaked in the posting, it does hint that Capcom could be using an outside studio to handle all the CGI and cinematic effects for the game.

The source of the leak ended up being from an employee at Blur Studio who listed the game as part of his recent experience with the focus being as a "rigging supervisor" in terms of CGI creation.

In regards to Blur Studio, they specialize in creating visual effects which are used in TV shows, films and video games. Their recent work with video games involved handling the cinematic and trailers for Batman: Arkham City, Dishonored, Fuse, and BioShock 2.

I heard before it was in development since Off The Record came out? Even confirmed?

Still though awesome news, I want Frank West as the protagonist again though. Perhaps even him and Chuck like how it was in Case West.

I'm not particular fond of the idea of a third protagonist.

The original Dead Rising was my first zombie game. Last summer I got it and Off the Record and I can't wait for the next entry. I hope Frank West at least makes an appearance. #1 way to kill a zombie is by Frank Westing them.

I heard way back in 2012 or maybe even late 2011 that DR3 was planning for mechanic type protagonist named Rick. Since it's rumor it, has become my most anticipated and kept quiet release Capcom has been preparing. Bring on the Zambies!

Yeah I remember even writing the story of it in the Dead Rising Wiki.

It was bogus, that artwork of "Rick" was fake. Came from concept art of Chuck if I recall.

Heck on the teaser image it even had the reflection of the DR2 logo!

EDIT: Found the news story I wrote just there. Its the latest one called "Dead Rising 3 could be on the way!" For some reason, I can't link the article itself, only the blog. Wikia was always weird like that though.
