[Rumor] A Gears of War RTS powered by Kinect has surfaced
We heard mere hints of there being a Kinect-based spin-off to the Gears of War franchise, but it looks like there may have been some truth to those rumors. Tentatively known as Gears of Wars: Tactics, this overhead RTS has you managing a squad of four characters as they navigate their way through a Locust infested battlefield.
While no one we know has seen this in action, the rumor states you would control your party by drawing a path using a finger and then choosing an action. These mechanics can be used on one character at a time or a whole group of characters. While this was originally slated for an Xbox 360 release, they may have moved this project over to the NextBox.
