[Rumor] Images of a "Slim" PS3 emerge

Images of a slim PS3 model have appeared on the Brazilian website TecnoBlog, after Sony allegedly submitted the console to Anatel (the Brazilian equivalent of the FCC) for review.

The blog is also claiming the newer, slimmer, trimmer version of the PS3 will be available in 16, 250 and 500 GB models.

Other than the these slightly different models and the fact that they will each have the standard Wifi and Bluetooth functionality, there really isn’t anything I can say about the “PS3 Slim,” other than Tecnoblog also posted some pictures of the “supposed” console and if it’s real, it looks pretty cool!

Here’s what could be a first glance at the PS3 Slim:

Sony has yet to comment on the legitimacy of these photos. However, considering these images have appeared just two weeks after Sony submitted system specs for what appeared to be a new PS3 model to the FCC, we very well could be looking at the next iteration of the PlayStation 3.

What do you think g1s? Do these images look legit? Or are you felling some scepticism?
