Ubisoft is now being rumored to reveal at E3 that a new Splinter Cell is coming according to NeoGAF. It will be a sequel to Splinter Cell: Conviction and is in development at Ubisoft Toronto. That Toronto studio is under the direction of producer Jade Raymond who hinted at this before.

The rumored promo features a Sam Fisher with “no grey hair, full body suit, and his mighty night goggles”. It is rumored to be called Blacklist as it will “be based on his enemies targeted as Blacklist”. With the release date also rumored to be January of 2013 on PS3, Xbox360, and Wii U it won’t be long before we know the truth.
