[Rumor]Capcom is thinking about re-releasing the original Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Editor's Note: The achievement list also makes mention of online play, as well as the inclusion of Story and Challenge modes. Am I the only one who finds it a bit odd that (if this rumor is true) Cyberconnect2 is working one JoJo game for Capcom, as they work on another for Namco Bandai? Meh. Maybe Capcom and Namco have become super best friends who like to share, after signing on for the Street Fighter and Tekken crossovers.
According to Xbox360Achievements it looks like Capcom will be a re-releasing the 1998 classic fighting game Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. The site also posted the game's "supposed" Achievement-list, which interestingly enough states that the developer of this HD port is Cyberconnect2, which is currently working on the new Jojo's Bizarre Adventure game for Namco Bandai.
Here is an image of the full list of achievements for the game:
To whoever edited my blog: Namco and Capcom were always respecting each other and ono-san even said that harada is a long-time friend of his. Street Fighter X Tekken and TxSF was an idea when they were eating together.
I guess that's right and I'm pretty sure they fear these mod changes which are quite a lot in the ssf4 pc release so there would be a lot once they release these games for pc.
Sweet, never got to play it on a console, so I'll definitely think about getting it. :)
Yare yare daze...
capcom probably doesnt want their games, selling at a lowered price, considering steam usually discount games. From what i've seen, the only time when capcom games start to drop in price, is when the MSRP drops, with that being said UMvC is still being sold at most retailers for $40 and SFxT is still at $60 and these games hardly ever see a discount
ZA WARUDO WRYYYYYYYYYY
I can't wait to download this.
Quick question: how come Capcom releases a ton of their retail fighters on PC(except MVC3, apparently) but these awesome HD re-releases of their classic fighters stay on consoles? It's not that tough guys, just put it up on Steam for the same price.
Hoping this one fixes that.
