Shadowrun Online heads to Kickstarter
Shadowrun Online was first announced last October, and now they're looking for a little help to get it finished.
Cliffhanger Productions put up a Kickstarter page to help fund the MMO project. They are looking to raise $500,000, and they're currently at $70,000 with 26 days to go.
Looking at the rewards tiers gives us a couple of interesting clues, though. Some of the higher end tiers ($2500 donation or more) puts you into the game, as a boss character, billboard ad, or as a rock star.
The estimated delivery of these items? May 2013.
It's only an estimate, but it does give the slightest indication on when we can actually expect to see Shadowrun Online released. Of course, this is only if they can hit that lofty goal of a half mill in over three weeks.

the original Shadowrun was epic. It was for SNES. I think they made something on PS or Xbox but I dont know about that.
you can get the idea from that
It's basically a shooter - RPG kind of game
As long as it's not a forced shooter, then I won't complain.
Anything to wash the taste of that FPS out of my mouth... God that sucked...
I'll have to play the original Shadowrun to see if I can get into it.
