Silent Hill HD Collection heads to Xbox 360

Fans called and Konami answered: the Silent Hill HD Collection is now no longer just for PlayStation 3. It seems that Xbox 360 fans were less than happy with the idea of a PS3 exclusive, so the HD Collection including Silent Hill 2 and 3 is set to be released for 360 as well.  Though there is no official date set, the collection is expected to be simultaneously released for both consoles this fall.

Even more Silent Hill buzz comes from an announcement at Konami's Gamescom press conference. The company revealed that Book of Memories for the PlayStation Vita will be a top-down co-op multiplayer shooter and will allow players to create a custom character. Memories is still under development, but is scheduled to be released at some point following Silent Hill Downpour.
