Some PC copies of Black Ops 2, disc 2, are in fact Mass Effect 2
As Reddit’s /r/gaming community was quick to reveal, a number of PC gamers were screwed over by a manufacturing mistake. The PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has two discs and some copies of the second disc are not what they seem. As the video from YouTube user zeroiez shows, the installation process requires the second disc, but when accessed it shows it as being Mass Effect 2. While this could lead to the most epic of crossovers, it sadly isn’t the case.
Luckily, Steam has unlocked the full version of the game for digital download to anyone with a valid CD key, so all hope is not lost. Save for those with a shitty Internet connection. Any g1s out there who experienced this nightmare first hand should leave a comment.
